You've come to the right place

You will join a passionate, qualified, and multicultural team that is committed to quality, collaboration, and meaningful care for children and families.

OUR APPROACH

We offer a supportive and welcoming environment where professionals can grow, contribute, and work closely with colleagues who care deeply about both clinical quality and one another.

Communication and collaboration are central to practice at REACH. All professionals work within a structured system of ongoing BCBA/QBA supervision, supporting consistency, clinical quality, and thoughtful, data-informed decision-making.
We place strong value on continuous professional development through regular feedback, supervision, and opportunities for training, ensuring that intervention remains consistent, purposeful, and responsive to each child’s needs.
Frequent and structured communication with families helps maintain alignment across settings and supports coordinated work toward meaningful, functional outcomes in daily life.

Working side by side

REACH is a small, closely coordinated team where work is shared, discussed, and continuously adjusted. Decisions are not made in isolation, but through ongoing collaboration, supervision, and reflection across the team.

This way of working creates both consistency and responsibility: each professional contributes to how intervention is shaped, while remaining aligned with shared standards and clinical oversight.

INTERNSHIP

Interested in gaining hands-on ABA experience? Join us for an internship opportunity!

At REACH, interns are actively involved in daily practice while being guided in a structured and supportive environment. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, reflection, and high-quality care, where learning is built into the everyday work.
Internships are supported through ongoing supervision by SKJ-registered and ABA-certified professionals, with a strong focus on developing clinical understanding, assessment skills, and evidence-based intervention practices.
We most often welcome students from Master’s programmes in Child and Adolescent Psychology, and we are open to exploring other pathways, including Erasmus+ placements.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

We offer placements of 20 ECTS (560 hours), twice per year:

Ongoing supervision

All professionals at REACH work within a structured system of ongoing BCBA/QBA supervision. This includes regular clinical meetings per client, direct observation and feedback, and monthly team meetings focused on training and alignment. We also support professional development and encourage staff to pursue certification, offering supervision and guidance throughout this process.

Working as a team

Work at REACH is shared across a closely coordinated team, where communication is direct and feedback is ongoing. Collaboration is an active part of daily work, supported by regular interaction and opportunities to connect as a team. This creates a setting where colleagues support one another and contribute together to consistent and high-quality practice.

Evidence-based practice

At REACH, intervention is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and guided by continuous data collection and review. Clinical decisions are made through ongoing evaluation of progress, ensuring that intervention remains aligned with each child’s needs. This allows practice to stay consistent, responsive, and focused on meaningful, functional outcomes.

Partnering with families

We maintain regular communication with families, including daily updates and meetings with supervisors. This supports alignment across settings and ensures that intervention remains coordinated, consistent, and responsive to each child’s needs. Our work is guided by a child-centered approach, where the child’s experience and engagement are actively considered in how intervention is delivered.
