FOR FAMILIES
We are here to support you and your child—every step of the way
Everything you need to know about getting started with REACH. Support for your child starts here.
You've come to the right place
At REACH, we work together with families to understand each child’s needs and provide individualized, evidence-based support that is relevant, practical, and responsive to daily life. From the first conversation onward, our aim is to make the process clear, collaborative, and manageable.
OUR APPROACH
At REACH, we believe that meaningful and lasting progress happens through collaboration. We work closely with families to understand each child’s strengths, challenges, and goals, and to translate this into practical, personalized support.
Our programs are individually designed using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with goals selected based on each child’s strengths, needs, and everyday environments. We focus on building meaningful skills—such as communication, social interaction, daily living, play, and independence—through structured teaching, ongoing assessment, and data-informed decision-making.
Our approach combines professional expertise with genuine care. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—instead, we take an individualized approach, shaped by the child’s strengths, needs, and goals. By combining evidence-based ABA with close collaboration with families, we create support that is practical, responsive, and meaningful in daily life.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
A warm, respectful approach from the very first contact
From your very first interaction with REACH, you can expect a warm, respectful, and responsive experience. We take the time to truly understand your child as an individual, while also valuing the important role you play as a parent or caregiver.
Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where both you and your child feel understood, comfortable, and guided every step of the way.
At REACH we offer the following services:
- Individual Sessions (1-on-1) during the day or after school
- Small group support to help build social and communication skills
- Ongoing supervision by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for every child

GETTING STARTED
How it works
We aim to make the first steps with REACH as clear and straightforward as possible. From your initial contact with us onward, we guide you through the process, so you feel informed and supported at each stage.
01
Initial Contact and Registration Form
You can reach out to us through our contact form, by email, or by phone. We will respond to learn more about your situation, answer any initial questions, and send you a registration form (Click here for registration form) so we can take the next steps together.
02
Intake Meeting and Waiting List
We arrange an intake meeting where we take the time to understand your child’s needs, history, and current situation in more detail. After the intake, your child is placed on our waiting list, and we remain in contact with you as we move toward the next stage of support.
03
Funding & Approval
Once your child is on our waiting list, funding may need to be arranged through your municipality or another appropriate route. We help you understand what is needed and guide you through this stage as clearly as possible.
04
Starting Support
Support begins once funding is approved and a placement is available. We work closely with you to ensure a clear start and stay in contact throughout.
