What we do
At REACH, we provide individualized, evidence-based support for neurodivergent children, shaped around each child’s needs and delivered in close partnership with parents and caregivers. We focus on creating teaching that is safe, motivating, and meaningful for the child, with goals and strategies that are practical, individualized, and responsive to daily life.
INDIVIDUALIZED, EVIDENCE-BASED
Child-Centered
Every child is different, and we believe support should reflect that. At REACH, we provide individualized, evidence-based support shaped around each child’s strengths, needs, and goals. Our work is guided by ongoing assessment, clear teaching strategies, and data-informed decision-making, so support remains responsive and purposeful. We also value creating learning that feels safe, motivating, and meaningful for the child.
SHARED APPROACH
Family Collaboration
Meaningful progress happens when families feel understood, supported, and actively involved. That is why collaboration with parents and caregivers is central to our approach. We work closely with families to build shared understanding, aligned goals, and consistency between REACH and daily life at home. When helpful, we also coordinate with schools, referrers, and other professionals to support continuity across settings.
BELONGING AND PARTICIPATION
Meaningful Progress
For us, progress is not only about learning new skills but about helping children participate more fully in daily life. We focus on support that builds communication, confidence and engagement in ways that are relevant to the child and family. Our goal is to create outcomes that are practical, meaningful, and last beyond sessions. We want progress to be visible and supportive of fuller participation in home, school, and community life.
