ABOUT US

This work is not just what we do—it is why REACH exists.

REACH was founded from a deep belief that every child deserves to feel understood, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.

REACH was created to meet that need.

As a parent navigating the complexities of finding the right support for a neurodivergent child, our Founder, Catherine Schauf, experienced firsthand how overwhelming and unclear the journey can feel. It became clear that families were not only looking for effective, evidence-based care—but also guidance, understanding, and a sense of partnership along the way.

MANIFESTO

Born from a parent’s experience, REACH was created to offer families the support, clarity, and partnership that can be so hard to find.
This work is not just what we do—it is why REACH exists.

What began as a commitment to one child, her son Luke, and one family has grown into a community dedicated to supporting many. At its core, REACH remains grounded in the idea that meaningful progress happens when children are supported in a way that is both individualized and collaborative—where parents are seen as partners, and each child is recognized for who they are.

Over the years, REACH has grown into a place where professional expertise and genuine care come together. We work closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to provide structured, evidence-based support that makes a real and lasting difference in everyday life.

More than anything, REACH is built on relationships—on trust, collaboration, and a shared belief in what every child can achieve when given the right support.

MISSION

"Let each become all that he was created capable of being - Thomas Carlyle"

At Stichting REACH Holland, our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based support to Dutch- and English-speaking neurodivergent individuals. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where children, families, and professionals feel supported, empowered, and able to thrive. We believe every child is unique and deserves to be understood, respected, and guided toward reaching their full potential.

Our approach goes beyond the individual—we support the entire family, recognizing that strong families create strong outcomes for children.
We also strive to make access to care simpler and more effective by bringing a wide range of services and community resources together in one place. By doing so, we aim to build a connected, supportive system for neurodivergent children and their families.

In the Haaglanden region, we are committed to expanding access to high-quality services and investing in our team through continuous professional development. Our staff receive training rooted in evidence-based practices and are supported in advancing their knowledge and professional certifications.*

Together, we are building a community where everyone has the opportunity to grow, belong, and succeed.
